BELONGING, BUILT IN.
A whole-school KS3 wellbeing programme. No specialist. No extra staffing. No extra workload.
A WHOLE-SCHOOL WELLBEING PROGRAMME FOR KS3, DELIVERED BY YOUR OWN TEACHERS.
Everything your teachers need is included: recorded sessions, a one-page guide, and short training. No specialist. No extra staffing. Just 60 minutes, once a week.
This isn't an assembly, and it isn't a video pupils watch once and forget. Six structured sessions a half term, delivered to the whole class together.
Movement calms the body. What builds belonging is what happens next, the conversation, the shared moment, the relationship. Every session makes room for both.
Every session logs a quick before-and-after check. Every half term, that becomes a BELONG impact report, ready for Ofsted and Pupil Premium, done automatically. Most schools already hold the funding for this, through Pupil Premium and the Inclusive Mainstream Fund, so there's no new budget line to find.
Options run from a single half term to a full year. Go the full year and you get the complete staff wellbeing pack, the founding rate locked in for two years, and 25% off the per-session price.
Since November 2025, Ofsted inspects inclusion and personal development as standalone judgements. From September 2026, staff wellbeing becomes a formal requirement too. This programme was built for that, not adapted to fit it afterwards.
