The Retreats
Move.
Connect.
Reset.
We don't do traditional studios, and we don't do traditional retreats.
Yoga Social Club retreats are just an extension of what we do best.
We take over incredible hospitality spaces and fill them with good people, mindful movement, and genuine connection.
These are intentional pauses.
A chance to step out of your daily routine and into a space designed for rest, conversation, and clarity.

Retreats
Yoga, social, and wellbeing.
These retreats are led by our trusted network of licensees from across the UK.
They take the Yoga Social Club formula, movement followed by connection, and slow it down over a few restorative days.
Just like our local events, we partner with beautiful venues to create an atmosphere that feels special but never stuffy. There is no forced silence and no pressure to perform. It is simply a space to reconnect with yourself and share good food and conversation with others.
We focus on a few simple things:
Daily flows guided by experienced leaders.
The social element, meaning shared meals, downtime, and the kind of easy conversation that happens when you finally stop rushing.
We choose hospitality-led locations that feel like a treat, places where you can actually relax.
And there is absolutely no pressure. Come for the yoga, stay for the wine or tea, just like you do at home.

The Business
& Wellbeing
Retreat
Strategy, nervous system regulation, and space to think.
This is a high-level retreat for women who are building businesses.
We know you cannot build a sustainable business on a burnt-out nervous system.
The Business & Wellbeing Retreat is designed to solve that tension.
It is a dedicated space to stop doing and start thinking, combining high-level business strategy with the physical restoration you need to actually execute it.
Hosted by YSC Founder Chrissie Whittingham and Business Strategist Kelly Gore, this is for founders who want to leave with a clear plan, not just a relaxed feeling.
The experience
We don't do stuffy conference rooms.
We trade them for luxury properties, the kind you see in Vogue, and exceptional hospitality spaces to create an environment where you can actually think.
Mornings begin with movement to clear mental fog and ground your nervous system.
Days are dedicated to practical, strip-it-back strategy workshops.
Evenings are for good food, wine, and honest conversations with women who understand the reality of running a business.
Kelly works hands-on with founders to build capable, profitable businesses.
She leads workshops focused on clarity, direction, and tangible next steps. You will work on your business, not just in it.
Chrissie curates the environment and leads the yoga practice.
Her role is to regulate your nervous system, ensuring you approach your business decisions from a place of calm steadiness rather than adrenaline.
Think of it as a strategy intensive meets a luxury editorial.
The itinerary is spacious enough to allow for deep work and genuine rest.
Inspiration is woven through local village visits, vineyard trips, shared meals prepared by a private chef, and unstructured time by the pool.
You are a founder, a freelancer, or a business leader.
You are looking for ROI and rest.
You want to move your business forward, but you know you need to step back to see the bigger picture.
Strategy meets luxury

Why We Keep It Small
We believe the best experiences happen in smaller groups.
It allows us to move past small talk and get into the real stuff.
It gives us the time to offer personalised guidance in your practice and the space to build genuine relationships.
This isn't about networking in a conference room.
It is about the conversations that happen over dinner, the clarity that comes during a morning flow, and the support of a network that wants to see you win.

Yes. In fact, most people do. Because our model is built on social connection, you will never feel like an outsider. It is a warm, welcoming group from day one.

No. We believe in balance. We eat good food, we enjoy social time, and we relax. It is about feeling good, not depriving yourself.
